Our Story

EIB STRATOC, owners of BIFC and Briech Satellites have dedicated fusion platforms that perform roles required by its clients. We can deploy our infrastructure to watch the Borders, Petroleum Pipelines, Gas Pipelines, Oil and Gas monitoring, Elections real time monitoring, Road monitoring, Rail monitoring, Protests real time monitoring, Maritime aerial watch, VIP and high value goods in transit watch, Health watch, Farm watch, Military, Police, Paramilitary, Training exercises and Operations. We also monitor Schools and places of interest in states and locations prone to danger. We built and currently manage the “Nigeria safe School project Fusion Center”, located at the Headquarters of the NSCDC. From the center, we collect intelligence from over 150,000 schools across Nigeria. EIB STRATOC has the capacity to conduct cyber watch, monitor and give early warnings in case of security breaches.

We have also integrated our classified Intelligence fusion center for real-time satellite imagery. We have a world class Multimillion Dollar telecommunication teleport domiciled in our Idu facility. The satellite teleport infrastructure connects with several satellites to aid real time video distribution and imageries collection. We also own a Strategic Operations Center in our monitoring facility and headquarters, EIB STRATOC in Idu, Abuja.

Our fusion center is a collaborative effort of several Nigerian and International agencies and tools that provide resources, expertise, and information to the fusion center with the goal of maximizing our ability to detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to criminal and terrorist activities. We are positioned to work with relevant agencies to enhance the decisions of the management by providing intel. Sources of intel include Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) and multiple sensors including Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and wireless sensor networks. We have the capacity to securely integrate with any third-party platform in the world.

When it comes to storing all the classified data and intelligence, we have also deployed in our facility, a very secured International Standard Organization, ISO- certified, Uptime certified and NITDA Certified Tier III 200 rack data center infrastructure with state-of-the-art high-tech monitoring tools.

We have basic and advanced software that enable us to have real-time and near-real-time information and intel of areas of interest, activities of interest, persons of interest and events of interest.

Mission

The mission of EIB STRATOC is to anticipate, identify, and prevent criminal activity and all other hazards and to responsibly distribute that intelligence to its stakeholders while protecting both the rights of our people and guarding the rights and integrity of Law Enforcement and Private Industry.

Vision

Our vision is to provide 24 hours / 7 days a week centralized, comprehensive, multi-agency, information, and intelligence sharing network to enhance the operational effectiveness of all of Nigeria's public safety agencies involved in crime prevention and National Security.
