Operational Overview
Engagement with EIB STRATOC's systems, personnel, or intelligence assets constitutes acceptance of these operational protocols. These terms are designed to ensure the integrity of our national security mission and the protection of tactical assets.
01. Authorized Utilization
Users are authorized to use EIB STRATOC intelligence solely for the purposes defined in their specific mission contract. Unauthorized redistribution of raw data, signal intercepts, or orbital imagery to third-party entities is strictly prohibited.
02. Personnel Conduct
Interactions with STRATOC field operatives and fusion center technicians must follow established security clearance protocols. Any attempt to compromise personnel for unauthorized intelligence leaks will result in immediate termination of engagement.
03. Intelligence Latency
While STRATOC strives for zero-latency intelligence streaming, performance is subject to orbital positioning, atmospheric conditions, and signal-to-noise ratios. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service during severe geomagnetic events.
04. Limitation of Liability
Decisions made based on intelligence provided by STRATOC are the sole responsibility of the operational command. STRATOC is not liable for secondary outcomes resulting from field decisions, including tactical deployments.

Commitment to ethical data handling and personnel protection.
Acknowledgement of orbital reconnaissance limitations.
Agreement to secure data fusion sanitization procedures.
